Heirloom Stone SettingWe offer specialized services to integrate meaningful existing gemstones into a new Volena Paris design. You may entrust us with your current LGD or natural heirloom stone. Inspiration & Vision Submission
Begin by completing our design form below, sharing your inspiration and any visual references. The more details you provide, the better we can capture the essence of your vision. Our Customer Experience (CX) Team will review your request within 1–2 business days, replying with any follow-up questions and outlining the next steps.
Design Finalization & Price Quotation
You will collaborate with our design team via email to precisely finalize every element of your dream piece—including the 4Cs of your LGD, your choice of precious metal, and the French setting technique. Once the design is locked, we will provide you with a detailed, transparent price quote and the estimated lead time, followed by a dedicated custom checkout link.
3D Rendering Preview & Approval
Following your order placement, our design team will send your initial 3D renderings within 48 business hours. We include two complimentary rounds of revisions for every custom design to ensure absolute perfection.
【Our Assurance】We understand the importance of design satisfaction. If, at any point during the pre-production revision phase, you are not 100% satisfied with the design, you are eligible for a full refund back to your original payment method. Please note: Due to the high volume of requests, renderings are only provided after the order has been placed.
Master Production & Secure Delivery
Once you approve your 3D rendering, our master artisans in our European/French Workshop (Adjust to your actual location) will commence crafting your piece by hand. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production. If your design involves custom LGD sourcing or integrating heirloom stones, please allow an additional week for transit and preparation. All custom masterpieces are shipped fully insured via FedEx with signature confirmation required for your security.
