• Bank Wire: AKA "Wire transfer" or "credit transfer" is a method of electronic funds transfer from one institution to another. After placing an order and selecting bank wire as your method of payment - which may be subjected to a fee depending on your financial institution's policy - you'll receive an e-mail from Volena Paris with account information to ensure the funds are properly transferred by your bank, which may take up to two days to process. Once we have received your financial institution's fund transfer, your order will be processed at which time you will receive your order confirmation email.

Bank wires may take up to 3 business days to be received.

The bank wire discount is applied before the shipping insurance charge is added. For split payments using bank wires and another method of payment, the bank wire discount is applied to the portion paid by bank wire.

Note: most banks charge a fee for the transmission of a bank wire. Please ensure that your bank has included this fee when processing your bank wire. There are no fees from our bank to receive the bank wire.

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Volena Paris has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code. Kindly note that Volena Paris gift cards are excluded from all discounts.
